Marcus has been working in the exploration/mining industry for over 25 years. Originally qualified as a cartographer he has spent time in various different aspects of mining from surveying and database management to resource estimation. Marcus has in excess of 15 years experience in land management issues. Marcus concentrates his efforts in strategic land management issues along with assisting clients manage aboriginal heritage and native title across all states of Australia.
Originally from Kalgoorlie, Jeff has spent 20 years in the mining industry starting out working as a survey assistant, blasting expert and heavy machine operator. Jeff’s main focus is now in providing advice and completing general tenement compliance and reporting with WA.
Coming from a banking background Maryanne has moved easily into tenement management where she has now accumulated 10 years of experience mainly in the Northern Territory and South Australia.
Alf has almost 10 years experience in tenement management with extensive experience in Queensland, Western Australia, New South Wales and the Northern Territory. Alf has come from a technical background serving in the Australian Airforce and the Bureau of Meteorology.
Angla has worked for several tenement management consulting firms including setting up her own business in 2007. In 2009 Angela joined MMWC bringing with her several clients and approx 10 years of extensive knowledge in Western Australia, Northern Territory & Queensland compliance work. Angela will also be heading up our team in the management of tenure in New South Wales.
Greg has joined MMWC from the Native Title Unit at DMP's Tenure and Native Title Branch where he started in 1995. His time spent in the NTU has allowed him to develop an intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the Native Title Act. Having attended thousands of NNTT conferences as the State representative Greg has built a good rapport with many tenement applicants, their representatives and of course the native title claimant representatives. Greg will streamline our RSHA processes and our AHA knowledge, and provide advice in how to best deal with objections through the NNTT. He will also be managing heritage agreement matters for other states of Australia.
Michael comes from a technical background and has adapted those skills into those required for tenement management. Michael has gathered approx. 2 years of experience with MMWC where he has been the mainstay of our new application process and the management of numerous payments that are required to be made to DMP and other stake holders.
Tomas has just started working in the mining industry. However, Tomas provides the backbone to our extensive digital and paper filing system. Tomas will assist with the completion of compliance work for new applications and correspondence with other land stake holders as well as other general tenure matters. He will be undergoing intensive training in tenement management over the next few years.
Alex is a Geologist with over 18 years experience in exploration, mining and research in Australia and Europe. In addition, Alex has 10 years experience in Land Management, managing statutory reporting obligations internally for publicly listed companies as well as the administration of 3rd Party Joint Venture and Royalty obligations.
