MMWC Geological Consultants Pty Ltd (MGC)

MMWC Geological Consultants Pty Ltd (MGC) is a newly formed subsidiary company of M&M Walter Consulting (MMWC) - Tenement & Native Title Management.

MGC has been created to address the concerns of MMWC's large client base with regard to Statutory Reporting obligations to various State Departments of Mines. MGC has identified those concerns and is in a prime position to assist clients in completing all their reporting obligations within statutory timeframes by our in‐house and external consultants.

In addition, MGC is able to submit Programmes of Work (POW's) to the WA Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP). MGC is also in a position to assist its clients with Database implementation, development and management.

Services that MGC can provide:

• The submission of Annual, Partial and Surrender Reports as required under each State’s relevant Mining Act conditions within statutory timeframes.
• The compilation and integration of all relevant geological/geophysical/geochemical/GIS data in a suitable format recognised by each State’s relevant Mining Act.
• The active management of Combined Reporting Groups to enhance effectiveness of minimum expenditure commitments for each tenement and make reporting more efficient.
• The timely submission of POW’s to the DMP.
• External geoscience personnel can provide database implementation, management, QA/QC and validation for historic and current datasets to enable clients without in‐house expertise to work effectively from clean data. Database experience includes acQuire, Datashed and MS Access.
